The controller of data processed on this site is Mova Sistemas e Soluções, CNPJ 56.166.134/0001-31, Barra Bonita/SP, Brasil, the company behind the Mova brand and its systems.

Browsing movaseunegocio.com requires no information from you. There is no login, no sign-up, no cart, no newsletter, and no contact form on these pages.
What does exist is the automatic technical log any web server produces, kept by Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site:
They serve two purposes, both grounded in legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, IX): keeping the site available and defending it against abuse, such as automated attacks and flooding attempts.
They are not used to build behavioral profiles, they do not feed advertising, and they are not cross-referenced with data from any other system.
Mova sets no cookies of its own on this site and uses no Google Analytics, social pixel, or other audience tracker.
Cloudflare may set strictly technical cookies needed to tell legitimate traffic from automated traffic. They do not identify you as a person and do not follow your browsing outside this domain.
When you reach out over WhatsApp or email, you decide what to send. We process those messages solely to answer what you asked, and keep them while the conversation is open and for as long as legal obligations require.
We do not sell, rent, or hand your contact details to third parties for commercial purposes.
This policy covers only the pages on movaseunegocio.com. Once you create an account in one of the systems, that product’s policy applies and describes how your business data is processed: Mova POS Privacy Policy and Mova Helpy Privacy Policy.
Technical logs stay with Cloudflare, acting as a processor, purely to deliver hosting and protection. Beyond that, we share data only under a court order or a request from a competent authority.

All traffic is served over HTTPS with HSTS. The content is static, there is no visitor database, and infrastructure access is restricted to the Mova team.
If the site ever starts collecting something — a form, a measurement tool — this page is updated first, and the date at the top changes with it. The version published here is the one that applies.
